Clear Path Education and Wellness
Wellness

Wellness is more than just taking care of health concerns. It is really a process of living well.

Living well means seeking…

  • A balanced life.
  • An all-things-in-moderation approach to life.
  • A conscious choice to maintain a general state of good health.

You know you are on a CLEAR PATH to living well when you focus greater effort and attention to…

HEALTHY LIVING
When you choose to live healthy, you find ways to have a more balanced approach to life. When one area of your life dictates everything else and you are frustrated with the lack of care and attention to other important parts of your life, it’s time to make a shift.

Finding a CLEAR PATH to a more balanced, moderate approach to life means making some changes in how you manage time, how to schedule leisure time, how to take care of yourself without guilt or feeling selfish, and learning how to comfortably manage the responsibilities and obligations you have towards others in both your personal and professional life. It just takes time, effort, and perseverance.

HEALTHY EATING

When you choose to eat healthy, you make better choices in the types of foods you eat more of, less of, and how you prepare them. Grocery shopping becomes an art form. Eating out translates into less “drive through” and more “freshly prepared.” Portion sizes shrink and become realistic. Travel, whether business or pleasure, has the real potential to suggest “weight loss” instead of “weight gain.”

Finding a CLEAR PATH to healthier eating takes knowledge and planning. You can learn the skills and be successful. It just takes time, effort, and perseverance.

HEALTHY MIND
When you choose to have a healthy mind, you seek effective ways to cope with stress. Experts believe people are showing signs of higher levels of stress than in previous years so start by paying greater attention to your stress levels. Cranky, tired, upset and unfocused? Your stress levels are creeping up. Cut down your hours, delegate, load soothing music on your Ipod, pet a dog, reflect, do more acts of kindness, forgive.

Finding a CLEAR PATH to a calmer life requires creativity and changing some long-held habits. It just takes time, effort, and perseverance.

HEALTHY BODY
When you choose to have a healthy body, you move more. The level of fitness of your body powerfully affects your mind and mood. When the body is sound and healthy it leads to a sound and healthy mind. Whatever reason you have for not finding time for more exercise or activity, there is always an answer. Brainstorm to find a workable and doable solution, just as you would problem solve at work. Try something different. Take up something you did before.

Finding a CLEAR PATH to a healthier body means letting go of some disbeliefs about time management and embracing a willingness to tweak your daily schedule. It just takes time, effort, and perseverance.
